So often we believe that showing gratitude is a required or expected thing, a quick “thank you” to someone who has unknowingly made our day, we see gratitude as a response to someone else actions.
But did you know that the simple act of expressing gratitude can do wonders for your health and well-being? Research shows that grateful thinking significantly impacts both physical and psychological health. People who choose to live their life from a place where they can easily identify reasons to be grateful report that they experience increased happiness, better sleep, increased energy, and reduce stress and anxiety, just to name a few.
